Effective Learning Management in the NHS |
|
This 1 day workshop has been designed to give an insight into how to manage learning effectively within NHS organisations, through the use of AT-Learning - the only Learning Management System to integrate seamlessly with the e-KSF through the PDP. AT-Learning shares the e-KSF staff database which will benefit from the bi-directional link between e-KSF and the national staff record system (ESR) which is now being rolled out all English and Welsh NHS organisations. As we believe that the best approach to managing learning within NHS organisations is from an individuals’ Personal Development Plan we recommend the use of AT-Learning.

Launching AT-Learning within NHS Wales |
Following the outcome of the Benefit Realisation Programme Board in December 2008 to endorse the AT‑Learning system provided by Think Associates and ikonami as the preferred LMS for NHS Wales, a significant number of organisations across Wales have subsequently expressed an interest in implementing AT‑Learning during 2009 - 2010. The purpose of this workshop is to engage as many people as possible who manage or provide training within NHS Wales in the benefits that this system will bring to organisations, training teams, managers and staff and to outline the approach to the implementation of the system across NHS Wales. The workshop will also provide an opportunity for individuals to ask any specific questions they might have on the system.
