We have designed a suite of workshops designed to support the implementation of KSF and e-KSF within organisations. Each workshop will be facilitated by at least two trainers from the e-KSF National Account Management team, meaning that you will benefit from learning first hand from the tool experts, along with sharing knowledge across the network of attendees.

e-KSF Administrators Advanced [Excel] Workshop (day 3) |
Although there are a number of systems being deployed within the NHS to make organisational HR and L&D reporting easier, the output of systems often needs to be manipulated to provide the data required to meet local needs, and data from these systems often needs to be compared and consolidated to give a holistic view. The purpose of this workshop is to demonstrate how functionality within Excel can be effectively used to help reduce the time required to automate common tasks and reduce the time required to complete reporting requirements.
The workshop will use sample extracts from the e-KSF, ESR and LMS systems to provide a practical demonstration of how functions can be used so you will be able to immediately practice and benefit from the skills that you will acquire from attending this workshop. The workshop is a hands-on session so you will be able to practice each of the functions that we will demonstrate during the day. |

e-KSF Administrators Intermediate Workshop (day 2) |
This workshop builds on the knowledge learned in the e-KSF Administrators Workshop Day 1 and has been designed to give e-KSF Administrators and KSF Leads the knowledge to manage the eKSF ESR link, utilize various set up options and to act as internal support to managers and staff within the organisation. |

Workshop Overview
The interfacing of the e-KSF and the ESR systems is a powerful joined up initiative across England and Wales that will assist in saving valuable administration time across the NHS and ensuring a greater accuracy of data between systems.
Within NHS London we have noticed that there are a lot of organisations who are yet to take advantage of the link between the e-KSF and ESR link or who are not making the most of the link since going live. We have therefore decided to run a number of workshops to help to clarify the use of these two national systems, communicate the benefits of the link, how to prepare for the link and for organisations already live some support in making the most of the link. |
